Bankruptcy ‘not an option’, says Ford CEO April 7, 2006

As Japanese car manufacturers continue to make gains in the US market at the expense of the Detroit icons, the threat of bankruptcy has loomed large for the domestic giants. However, the chief executive of Ford Motor Company has said Chapter 11 is not an option.
