Nissan cuts N.A. production by 18,000 units April 19, 2006

Nissan North America Inc. will cut 18,000 vehicles from its production schedule to reduce inventories and prepare for 2007 model vehicles. Six production days will be cut from this month through July at two assembly plants, in Smyrna, Tenn.
