Signs show GM prepping for Delphi bailout March 31, 2006

General Motors says it will continue negotiations with Delphi Corp., its largest supplier, and the UAW. While GM stops short of saying it will bail out Delphi by helping subsidize UAW wages, industry observers say that is what GM will have do.
